Mahjong Fruits takes the classic mahjong solitaire pyramid and repaints every tile as fruit — watermelon, pineapple, grapes, and strawberries instead of the usual dragons and characters. Tiles stack in layers, and a tile can only be picked up once both of its long sides, left and right, are clear of any neighboring tile blocking it.

The rule stays simple from level one: find two tiles showing the same fruit where at least one side is free on each, then click, or tap on a touchscreen, the first one and then the second — a matching pair clears off the board. When no legal moves remain, most levels offer a shuffle button that reshuffles the remaining tiles instead of forcing a restart from scratch. Some levels run on a countdown, while others simply wait until you've cleared the whole board at your own pace. As levels climb, the pyramid shape itself gets more complex — more tiles, more layers — and finding an open pair gets harder simply because you can see the blocked rows but not what sits underneath them.
