Time only flows when you release the left mouse button. You hold the button to freeze time, move the mouse to aim, and release to fire. Since the target is moving, you constantly have to predict where it will be the instant you let go. Every shot follows this loop: hold, calculate the trajectory, release.

This game is for players who enjoy reaction puzzles and precision aiming rather than just holding down the trigger. Tip: don't try to hit on the first try; spend a few time-freezes early on to understand the target's speed before you actually fire.
